Snow Storm & Short Film

We got our first snow storm of the winter yesterday. Now that the shoveling is done and the snow is sticking around it should make for a fun weekend.
We went sledding this afternoon, we shot some video which I'll try to get up later. I think we need another sled though. Two kids, two sleds.
Tomorrow starts the mommy and daughter swim lessons. I think Drake and I will go sledding while they are swimming. Should be fun all around.

Also, I finally got a cut of my short film out to a festival, we'll see if it gets in. Lots of other film projects on the horizon. I'm feeling motivated to get moving on some personal projects. Time will tell.
Here's the trailer for the short film that is going out:

Winter Fun

Two weeks in a row with blog posts. I may be back to regular posting for real.

Last weekend was warm, but the snow was still around so we took a trip to the playground.
One of the reasons I like my new phone (DROID) is that I can shoot video and pictures on it and then post them. Now if only I could get it to let me update the blog too, then I'd be set.
But at least I can get them up on Facebook (still killing the blog) and YouTube.
This week's goal, generate more work.
Also, get my short film out to festivals. Plus I'm thinking about taking a shot at more video contests. We will see.

Mommy's back at work

Well, maternity leave is over. So I'm full time with both the kids now. Most of the scheduling is working out except for my exercise schedule, that's totally shot this week. Lots of production underway: commercials, music videos and promotional videos. I'll post some when they're through post-production (can't post the music stuff until the record is out).
Kids update: Tuesday is now Soccer practice night. I'm an assistant coach and working with a dozen kids who seem to have a very low average of exposure to kicking balls in a controlled setting. It's great so far, we'll see how the games go.

On the other hand, anybody else think that people should be paying my new baby to be a advertising model for their products and services? She could be be pointing at something for you to buy right now.
